How inquiry and waitlist information is used.
Landscaping Jents collects only the information needed to respond to your request, operate the Seasonal Porch waitlist, evaluate service fit, and coordinate the next step you ask us to take.
Seasonal Porch waitlist
The Fall 2026 waitlist stores your name, email, ZIP code, any optional phone number, package and add-on interests, optional Thanksgiving refresh and end-of-season pickup interests, contact preference, source information, and consent choices in a private Wix CMS collection. Your name, email, and optional phone number are also added to or matched with your Wix Contacts record so Landscaping Jents can follow up without creating duplicate contacts. The waitlist is used for campaign availability and preorder notices. It is not a reservation, estimate, invoice, scheduled job, pickup route, refresh appointment, or automatic QuoteIQ customer record.
Service inquiries
Service-request information is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether the property and requested work are a fit, and coordinate the appropriate next step. A qualified request may move into the Landscaping Jents QuoteIQ workflow after review. You may also call 864-300-4858 or email hello@landscapingjents.com for service.
Marketing choices
Optional promotional email and text permissions are requested separately from joining the waitlist. You do not have to agree to future marketing to receive the Fall 2026 waitlist updates you requested. You may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time.
Systems and service providers
Waitlist and service-inquiry information is stored in private Wix CMS collections and Wix Contacts. Submitting a form does not by itself change your email or text marketing-subscription status. A qualified package request may later move into the Landscaping Jents QuoteIQ workflow after you choose a package or request an estimate. Landscaping Jents does not send waitlist-only entries to QuoteIQ as scheduled jobs.
Website analytics and browser storage
Wix provides the website hosting and basic site analytics used to understand page visits and maintain the site. Our website events do not intentionally include the names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or message text entered into a form. The Seasonal Porch experience uses local browser storage to remember a dismissed popup for up to seven days and session storage to preserve only campaign-source fields such as UTM source and campaign. Form contact details are not stored in those browser keys.
Retention and questions
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the requested campaign, service follow-up, recordkeeping, and applicable business obligations. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, email hello@landscapingjents.com or call 864-300-4858.
