Landscaping Jents collects only the information needed to respond to your inquiry, operate the Seasonal Porch preorder-interest list and checkout, process and fulfill orders, and provide the follow-up you ask us to send.
Seasonal Porch preorder-interest list
The Fall 2026 preorder-interest list stores your name, email, ZIP code, any optional phone number, package and add-on interests, optional Thanksgiving refresh and end-of-season pickup interests, contact preference, source information, and consent choices in secure business records. The list is used for campaign availability and preorder notices. Sharing preorder interest does not place an order, reserve an installation window, or charge a payment method.
Seasonal Porch orders and payment
Online ordering uses your name, email, mobile number, installation address, selected package and add-ons, optional refresh or pickup, preferred installation window, style preference, notes, acceptance of the customer terms, and optional photograph permission to prepare the total, process the order, send confirmations and scheduling updates, and complete the service you purchased.
Payment details are entered through Wix’s secure checkout and handled by Wix and the connected payment provider. Landscaping Jents does not ask you to place a full card number or card security code in a custom website form. If you voluntarily provide porch photographs, they are used to plan or document the service and are not published without separate permission.
Service inquiries
Service-request information is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether the property and requested work are a fit, and coordinate the appropriate next step. A qualified inquiry may be added to the business systems used to prepare estimates, schedule, and manage service. You may also call 864-300-4858 or email hello@landscapingjents.com for service.
Marketing choices
Optional promotional email and text permissions are requested separately from sharing preorder interest, placing an order, or submitting a service inquiry. You do not have to agree to future marketing to make a purchase or receive order, scheduling, or service communications. You may withdraw optional marketing consent at any time.
Systems and service providers
Wix provides website hosting, private form storage, ecommerce checkout, order management, customer communications, and related site services. The connected payment provider processes the secure payment transaction. Landscaping Jents may place the information reasonably needed for an inquiry or paid order into the business systems used for customer service, scheduling, fulfillment, accounting, and recordkeeping. Submitting a form does not by itself change your email or text marketing-subscription status.
Website analytics and browser storage
Wix provides the website hosting and basic site analytics used to understand page visits and maintain the site. Our website events do not intentionally include the names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or message text entered into a form. The Seasonal Porch experience uses local browser storage to remember a dismissed popup for up to seven days. During the current browser-tab session, session storage may preserve campaign-source fields and non-contact checkout choices—such as package, add-ons, pickup, refresh, and installation window—so those selections can be restored if secure checkout is canceled. Those checkout choices are removed after a verified paid return and otherwise expire when the tab session ends. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, and notes are not stored in those browser keys.
Retention and questions
