Layered landscape beds, stone path, and low-voltage lighting at an Upstate South Carolina home
Landscape design & installation

Turn an ordinary yard into a thoughtfully designed landscape.

We plan and install cohesive outdoor spaces—from renewed planting beds and natural paths to complete property transformations.

Designed for your property

One clear vision, carried through the details.

A successful landscape should feel connected to the home, fit the site, and make sense for the way you want to live. We begin with the existing property, listen for what is missing, then shape the planting, paths, lighting, and finishing details into one coordinated plan.

Whether the goal is a refreshed front entrance or a full-scale transformation, the work is scoped around the property—not forced into a one-size-fits-all package.

Design and installation capabilities

Build the right project, not just a list of features.

Choose a focused enhancement or bring several elements together as a complete transformation. We help establish the priorities and sequence.

Landscape plans

A thoughtful direction for plant placement, circulation, focal points, materials, and the way the finished property should feel.

Complete transformations

A coordinated redesign for properties that need more than a small refresh—from the first concept through professional installation.

Bed design & planting

Layered plant selection, new bed installation, and purposeful updates that bring structure, color, and seasonal interest.

Existing-bed renovation

A fresh approach to tired, overgrown, or incomplete beds using what should stay and improving what no longer serves the property.

Paths & transitions

Gravel and stepping-stone paths that create useful movement through the landscape while complementing the home.

Landscape lighting

Low-voltage lighting planned to improve evening atmosphere, visibility, and the experience of the finished space.

Transformations with intention

See the property as it is—and what it can become.

Strong transformation work begins by documenting the current landscape, identifying what should remain, and clarifying what needs to change. That same before-and-after perspective keeps design decisions grounded and makes the finished impact easy to understand.

Design project FAQs

What to know before we walk the property.

Can you redesign my existing landscape beds?

Yes. We can evaluate what is healthy and worth keeping, then redesign the bed structure, plant mix, edges, and seasonal interest around the existing property.

Do you take on complete landscape transformations?

Yes. Full-property and multi-area transformations are a core focus. Your inquiry should describe the overall vision, and we will help organize the project into a practical scope.

Do you charge for landscape estimates or plans?

The initial consultation includes a complimentary site visit. Detailed design plans or formal proposals may require a fee that can be credited toward an approved and completed project.

Can paths and lighting be part of the same project?

Yes. Gravel or stepping-stone paths, planting, bed renovation, and low-voltage lighting can be coordinated as one design so the finished elements feel connected.

What should I include with my inquiry?

Share your address, the areas you want to improve, what is not working now, your desired timing, and a few current photos if possible. You can also select “Other” for needs that do not fit a listed option.
