Seasonal Porch FAQs
What is included with my package?
Your package includes its listed seasonal materials, professional design, installation, and a tidy finish. Delivery is included within 15 driving miles of Travelers Rest City Hall. For other addresses within our service area, any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed and invoiced separately.
When will my porch be installed?
Choose an available installation week in the order form. We’ll confirm your exact installation day before arrival.
Can I personalize my display?
Yes. Choose available add-ons and share a brief style preference or porch note with your order.
Can you freshen the display before Thanksgiving?
Yes. Add the optional Thanksgiving refresh and we’ll replace up to your package’s stated number of standard pieces and restyle the display. We’ll confirm the visit timing with you.
Do you offer end-of-season pickup?
Yes. End-of-season pickup is $75 for Simple, $95 for Classic, or $110 for Premium. Select it with your package when ordering.
How do I pay?
Standard packages and selected extras are paid in full through Wix’s secure checkout. Review your package and extras at checkout. Wix calculates applicable sales tax using your billing details during payment, and your paid order confirmation itemizes the amount charged. Any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed and invoiced separately. If you already paid a deposit, call 864-300-4858 before paying again so we can apply it to your order. Custom displays receive a separate quote.
