Yes. If your order is purchased before the seven-day cutoff, cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund; after 24 hours and before that cutoff, the refund is 50%. Beginning seven calendar days before the first day of your selected installation window, the order is nonrefundable, and an order purchased during that period is nonrefundable from payment.
